1. No Investment Offer, Advice, or Guarantee
CRATE RAT is presented as software with a proposed utility-token ecosystem. Nothing in the Software, website, marketing, roadmap, token allocation, checkout, community channels, or this disclosure is:
- investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice;
- a recommendation to acquire, hold, sell, trade, or provide liquidity for any asset;
- a promise of profit, appreciation, yield, income, liquidity, or return;
- a guarantee that $CRATE will launch on mainnet, become transferable, or be accepted by any product or service;
- a promise of an exchange or decentralized-exchange listing; or
- an offer or solicitation where such activity would be unlawful.
You must make your own decisions and consult qualified advisers when appropriate. Do not acquire or use a crypto asset unless you understand the technology and can bear a complete loss of its value and utility.
2. Separate Software and Token Decisions
Purchasing a CRATE RAT software license and acquiring or using $CRATE involve different considerations.
A software purchase provides only the license rights stated in the CRATE RAT Terms. It does not provide equity, ownership, voting rights, profit participation, creditor rights, rights to Company assets or revenue, or a guaranteed allocation of $CRATE.
Possessing $CRATE does not by itself provide ownership of Reign Unlimited LLC, ownership of CRATE RAT intellectual property, a software license, support rights, governance rights, revenue sharing, dividends, or any other right unless expressly stated in final, applicable terms.
3. Software Functionality Risk
CRATE RAT may contain defects, incomplete features, compatibility problems, user-interface errors, inaccurate status messages, conversion failures, corrupted outputs, or security vulnerabilities.
The Software may not work with every:
- computer, operating-system version, processor, storage device, or network;
- media source, link format, codec, container, metadata format, or artwork file;
- version of yt-dlp, FFmpeg, FFprobe, or another dependency; or
- wallet, RPC endpoint, browser extension, or blockchain service.
An update may change behavior, remove compatibility, introduce a defect, or require a newer operating system or component. Features shown in a preview, test environment, roadmap, animation, screenshot, or demonstration may change or never be released.
4. Data-Loss and Local-Storage Risk
CRATE RAT processes and stores media locally. Local-first processing reduces the media information sent to Company, but it also means Company does not maintain or restore your local library, downloaded files, history, artwork, metadata, settings, or output folders.
You are responsible for:
- selecting the correct destination folder;
- maintaining sufficient storage space;
- reviewing files before replacing, moving, tagging, or using them;
- maintaining independent backups;
- protecting devices from loss, damage, malware, theft, or unauthorized access; and
- confirming that converted files work before deleting an original source.
Company is not responsible for lost, overwritten, corrupted, misidentified, duplicated, incomplete, or inaccessible local files except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Third-Party Software and Supply-Chain Risk
CRATE RAT may rely on open-source and third-party components such as yt-dlp, FFmpeg, and FFprobe and may obtain components or application updates from approved external hosts.
Third-party software may contain defects or vulnerabilities, become unavailable, change its license, be compromised, trigger antivirus warnings, or stop supporting a source or format. A download host, certificate, domain, repository, dependency, or update channel may be attacked or impersonated.
Install CRATE RAT and its updates only through official Company channels. Verify signatures or checksums when provided. Security controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
6. Media-Source and Compatibility Risk
Media sources may change their websites, APIs, formats, authentication, technical protections, rate limits, geographic availability, or terms without notice. A previously supported source or link may stop working temporarily or permanently.
Technical compatibility does not mean that a source authorizes downloading or endorses CRATE RAT. Company does not guarantee continued access to or compatibility with any third-party source.
8. License and Availability Risk
CRATE RAT requires a valid license and may periodically contact a licensing service. Network failures, server outages, incorrect purchase information, fraud controls, device-limit enforcement, or license termination may affect activation or use.
A perpetual license means the licensed application may remain usable where technically possible; it does not guarantee perpetual servers, source compatibility, updates, support, operating-system compatibility, or business operation.
Company may suspend or terminate a license immediately when it reasonably determines that fraud, infringement, abuse, unauthorized transfer, security circumvention, or another material violation has occurred. Termination does not reverse a crypto transaction or burn and does not create a refund right except where required by law.
9. Wallet and Self-Custody Risk
You are responsible for selecting, securing, and operating your wallet. Company does not control or recover your wallet and will never require your seed phrase or private key.
Risks include:
- loss, theft, or exposure of a private key or seed phrase;
- malicious wallet software, extensions, websites, QR codes, or transaction prompts;
- phishing, impersonation, fake support accounts, and fraudulent contract addresses;
- compromised devices, clipboard replacement, malware, or social engineering;
- signing a transaction whose instructions you did not understand;
- connecting to an unofficial website or application; and
- loss of wallet access through forgotten credentials, device loss, or provider failure.
Anyone controlling your private key or seed phrase may control your assets. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed to recover stolen or mistakenly transferred assets.
10. Blockchain Transaction Risk
SOL and $CRATE payments depend on the Solana network, wallet software, RPC providers, smart-contract or program instructions, and Company checkout services.
A transaction may be delayed, rejected, duplicated, expire, fail to confirm, use an unexpected fee, execute at an unintended time, or be affected by congestion, validator behavior, RPC errors, software defects, forks, outages, or protocol changes.
Before approval, verify:
- the official website and recipient address;
- the correct Solana network;
- the asset and amount;
- all wallet instructions;
- the displayed quote and expiration;
- the burn amount and rate, if applicable;
- the email used for license delivery; and
- the wallet designated to receive any promotional reward.
You are responsible for network fees and information you enter or approve. Transactions sent to an incorrect address, network, asset, wallet, or email may be unrecoverable. Crypto transactions are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Public Blockchain and Privacy Risk
Solana transactions are public. Wallet addresses, transaction signatures, amounts, recipients, instructions, burns, fees, timestamps, and token balances may be permanently visible and analyzed by anyone.
Even if Company stores only a transaction signature, that signature can be used to retrieve related public blockchain activity. A wallet address may become associated with your email, identity, purchases, other wallets, or activity through information disclosed elsewhere.
Do not assume that a blockchain wallet is anonymous or that public records can be deleted.
12. Devnet and Test-Environment Risk
Solana Devnet features are experimental. Devnet SOL and CRATE RAT test tokens have no monetary value and are not mainnet assets.
Devnet may reset, fork, become unavailable, produce inconsistent information, or lose transaction history. Test licenses, wallets, token balances, burns, rewards, allocations, statistics, and campaign totals may be reset or discontinued.
Devnet participation does not guarantee:
- a mainnet launch;
- receipt of mainnet $CRATE;
- an airdrop, allocation, reward, license, or other benefit;
- priority access;
- a conversion of test assets into real assets; or
- that proposed tokenomics or checkout mechanics will remain unchanged.
Do not send real mainnet assets to a Devnet address or test flow.
13. $CRATE Utility and Adoption Risk
$CRATE is intended to have software-payment or ecosystem utility, but proposed utility may be delayed, limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued.
The Software or ecosystem may fail to attract users, developers, partners, merchants, liquidity providers, or community participation. Alternative payment methods, technical limitations, regulation, taxes, source restrictions, competition, or Company decisions may reduce or eliminate expected utility.
There is no guarantee that a user will need, want, or be able to use $CRATE.
14. Market, Price, and Total-Loss Risk
If $CRATE becomes transferable or traded, its price may be extremely volatile or fall to zero. There may be no active market, buyers, market makers, reliable price source, or practical way to sell.
Price and liquidity may be affected by:
- speculation, social-media activity, memes, rumors, or misinformation;
- concentrated ownership or large transactions;
- low trading volume or shallow liquidity;
- manipulation, wash trading, front-running, automated trading, or scams;
- broader crypto and SOL market conditions;
- regulatory or tax developments;
- security incidents or loss of confidence;
- changes to product utility, tokenomics, burns, allocations, or roadmap; and
- Company, team, treasury, reward, vesting, or liquidity decisions.
Historical performance, community size, Devnet activity, token burns, software sales, wallet balances, or public interest do not predict future value.
15. Liquidity and Decentralized-Exchange Risk
Reserved tokens or SOL described as intended for liquidity are not the same as deployed, locked, verified, or permanent trading liquidity.
Even if a SOL/$CRATE pool is created:
- liquidity may be small, temporary, withdrawn, migrated, or impaired;
- the pool price may differ significantly from other quoted prices;
- trades may experience severe slippage or price impact;
- liquidity-provider positions may experience impermanent loss;
- automated-market-maker code, token programs, pool configuration, or integrations may fail or be exploited;
- bots, arbitrage, front-running, sandwich attacks, and other adverse trading behavior may occur; and
- a decentralized exchange may suspend, delist, modify, or stop supporting the pool.
Company does not guarantee that liquidity will be created, maintained at a specific level, locked for a specific period, or sufficient for a holder to sell $CRATE.
16. Burn Risk
A completed $CRATE burn permanently removes the burned tokens from usable circulation and cannot be reversed. Software, wallet, display, calculation, configuration, or user errors may cause an unintended result.
The applicable burn rate and estimated burn amount should be reviewed before approval. Company may change the burn rate prospectively for future purchases.
A burn does not guarantee scarcity-driven appreciation, increased demand, liquidity, trading activity, product adoption, or any financial benefit. Supply reduction is only one of many factors that may affect a token, and it may have no favorable effect.
17. Token Allocation, Vesting, and Concentration Risk
Proposed allocations may reserve substantial amounts for liquidity, marketing and rewards, scheduled unlocking, development, or the team. Allocation names, percentages, wallets, unlock conditions, vesting, and authority policies may change before mainnet unless expressly finalized.
Concentrated holdings can create governance, market, liquidity, security, and conflict-of-interest risks. Holders with large balances may sell, transfer, stake, provide liquidity, vote if governance is later added, or otherwise act in ways that affect other users.
Published allocation-wallet balances provide only point-in-time blockchain information. They are not a financial audit, guarantee of future use, proof that assets cannot move, or assurance against loss or misuse.
18. Promotional Reward Risk
Promotional $CRATE rewards may be subject to eligibility requirements, verification, fraud review, geographic restrictions, technical availability, wallet accuracy, program limits, and applicable law.
Company may modify or discontinue a reward program prospectively. A reward may be delayed, rejected, lost, sent to an incorrect user-supplied wallet, have no value, lack liquidity, or never receive intended utility.
Receiving a promotional reward does not guarantee future rewards, mainnet eligibility, a listing, liquidity, product access, value, or financial return.
19. Cybersecurity, Fraud, and Impersonation Risk
Crypto and software communities are frequent targets for phishing, malware, impersonation, fake tokens, fake contract addresses, fake support accounts, fraudulent airdrops, malicious links, and social engineering.
Only use links published through the official CRATE RAT website and verified official accounts. Company administrators will not ask for your seed phrase or private key. Treat unsolicited direct messages, urgent payment demands, surprise rewards, and instructions to import a token or sign a transaction with caution.
No security program can eliminate all risk. A compromise of Company, a service provider, a community administrator, an open-source dependency, a wallet, an RPC provider, a domain, or your device could cause loss or misuse.
20. Regulatory and Legal Risk
Laws and regulatory interpretations concerning crypto assets, software licensing, payments, promotions, money transmission, securities, commodities, consumer protection, sanctions, privacy, taxation, marketing, and intellectual property are evolving and differ by jurisdiction.
A regulator, court, platform, payment provider, bank, exchange, wallet, or service provider may classify or treat $CRATE or related activity differently from Company's intended characterization. Legal changes or enforcement may restrict who may participate, require additional disclosures or registration, delay or prevent launch, limit utility, restrict transfers, require geoblocking, or cause features to be changed or discontinued.
No statement that $CRATE is a “meme coin” or “utility token” determines its legal treatment. Company does not guarantee any regulatory classification.
21. Tax Risk
Paying with, receiving, burning, trading, transferring, or otherwise using a crypto asset may create tax, reporting, valuation, recordkeeping, withholding, or accounting obligations.
You are responsible for determining and satisfying your obligations. Maintain records of transaction dates, amounts, assets, wallet addresses, transaction signatures, fees, fair-market values, and the purpose of each transaction. Company does not provide personal tax advice and may not provide every record needed for your filings.
22. Roadmap, Metrics, and Forward-Looking Statements
Roadmaps, phase descriptions, targets, proposed allocations, liquidity objectives, launch conditions, development plans, and expected utility are forward-looking and subject to technical, legal, commercial, security, market, and operational uncertainty.
Terms such as “planned,” “proposed,” “intended,” “target, ” “may,” “expected,” “future,” or similar language identify possibilities—not commitments.
Company may change sequencing, design, timing, features, tokenomics, supported payments, integrations, or launch plans. No countdown, target, dashboard, wallet balance, community statement, or development update guarantees completion.
23. Geographic and Sanctions Risk
CRATE RAT may not be available in every jurisdiction. Your location, citizenship, residency, sanctions status, local law, wallet provider, or payment source may make participation unlawful or unavailable.
You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully purchase the Software, use a wallet, make a SOL or $CRATE payment, receive a promotional reward, or participate in a token ecosystem. Company may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for legal, sanctions, fraud, or risk-management purposes.
24. No Deposit or Insurance Protection
SOL, $CRATE, wallet balances, liquidity positions, and promotional tokens are not bank deposits. They may not be protected by deposit insurance, investor-protection programs, chargeback rights, or another recovery mechanism.
Company does not custody your wallet assets merely because its checkout prepares a transaction. You remain responsible for the transaction you approve and for assets in your wallet.
25. Relationship to Other CRATE RAT Documents
This Risk Disclosure supplements the:
- CRATE RAT Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement;
- CRATE RAT Privacy Policy;
