CRATE RAT Privacy Policy

CRATE RAT is designed to process media locally on the user's device. Reign Unlimited LLC does not upload, receive, scan, or access:

• downloaded or converted audio files;
• the contents of the user's media library;
• local download and conversion history;
• metadata or artwork added to local files;
• user-selected output folders or their contents; or
• locally stored application settings.

Media links are processed by the desktop application. To perform a user-requested retrieval, the application connects directly from the user's device to the user-selected media source. The selected source may therefore receive the request, link, IP address, device/browser or application information, and other information ordinarily transmitted in a network request. Reign Unlimited LLC does not receive the submitted media link as part of the normal local processing workflow.

A. Licensing information

To issue, activate, manage, and validate a license, we may process:

• license email address;
• license key;
• one-way hashed device fingerprint;
• operating system;
• CRATE RAT application version;
• activation status and activation or validation timestamps; and
• records needed to enforce the three-device limit, recover a license, detect fraud, or provide support.

The hashed device fingerprint is intended to distinguish installations without storing a raw hardware serial number. Hashing reduces identifiability but does not necessarily make the identifier anonymous.

B. Checkout and blockchain information

For SOL or $CRATE checkout, licensing, burns, and promotional rewards, we may process or store:

• the email address submitted at checkout;
• blockchain transaction signature;
• associated license and reward status; and
• records reasonably necessary to reconcile the transaction, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with law.

Solana is a public blockchain. A transaction signature can reveal or be associated with wallet addresses, assets, amounts, recipients, instructions, burns, fees, confirmations, and timestamps. Blockchain records are maintained by the distributed network and generally cannot be changed or deleted by Reign Unlimited LLC.

We may use a Solana RPC provider to retrieve and verify public blockchain information. We do not request or collect wallet seed phrases or private keys.

C. Promotional reward records

When a promotional reward applies, we may keep records of eligibility, qualifying transaction signature, reward status, distribution result, and information necessary to detect duplicate or abusive claims.

D. Communications

If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your email address, message, license details, and attachments. Do not send private keys, wallet seed phrases, unnecessary media files, or sensitive personal information.

We use the license email for:

• license delivery, recovery, activation, and validation;
• essential account, security, legal, or service notices; and
• CRATE RAT product-update and compatibility announcements.

We do not use the license email for unrelated third-party advertising.

E. Community verification records

If you choose to connect a Discord and/or Telegram account — for example, to participate in community features or a reward program — we may process or store:

• your Solana wallet address;
• your Discord account identifier and/or Telegram account identifier (not your password);
• whether each connected account is a current member of our official Discord server and/or Telegram group; and
• linking and verification timestamps.

We do not receive or store your Discord or Telegram password. Authorization through Discord or Telegram is limited to confirming your account identity and community membership — we do not post, message, or take any other action on Discord or Telegram on your behalf.

Community verification records are used solely to determine eligibility to participate in community features and reward programs and to prevent duplicate or abusive participation.

F. Error and security logs

Our website, licensing service, checkout, and supporting infrastructure may create logs when an error or security event occurs. These may contain a timestamp, IP address, request or route information, device/browser or application information, error category, and technical diagnostic details.

We design error reporting to exclude media links, downloaded filenames, downloaded file contents, seed phrases, private keys, complete license keys, and raw device fingerprints. We do not intentionally collect ordinary desktop usage history or automatic desktop crash reports under this policy.

CRATE RAT does not use Google Analytics or another website or product analytics service. We do not use behavioral advertising or automated user profiling.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out mechanism required by law before beginning the new practice.

The website may use strictly necessary storage or cookies for security, session continuity, checkout, wallet connection, fraud prevention, or user-requested functionality. These are not used for behavioral advertising.

We process the limited information described above to:

• issue, activate, validate, manage, recover, suspend, or terminate licenses;
• enforce device limits and the Terms;
• verify SOL and $CRATE payments, burns, and promotional rewards;
• determine eligibility to participate in community features and reward programs, including confirming Discord and/or Telegram community membership;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, update, and improve CRATE RAT;
• communicate essential product and license information;
• respond to support and privacy requests;
• prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, and security incidents;
• maintain required business, tax, accounting, and legal records; and
• comply with law and protect users, Company, and third parties.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on performance of our agreement with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing CRATE RAT, consent where specifically requested, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

We may disclose limited information:

• to web, API, database, backup, security, and other infrastructure providers that operate CRATE RAT;
• to a license-email delivery provider;
• to a Solana RPC provider for transaction verification;
• to Discord and Telegram, as necessary to verify community membership through each platform's own authorization and membership-check mechanisms;
• to application and component update hosts when your device checks for or retrieves an update;
• to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or authorities when reasonably necessary;
• to comply with law, legal process, sanctions, or valid governmental requests;
• to investigate fraud, abuse, infringement, or threats to users or systems; or
• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions.

When the desktop application contacts a user-selected media source or third-party update host, that third party processes the request under its own privacy policy. We do not control those third parties.

We retain licensing information for the life of the license so that we can validate the license, enforce device limits, recover access, provide updates, and prevent fraud.

We retain blockchain transaction signatures and reward records for as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, reconciliation, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. The underlying blockchain record is public and is not controlled by us.

We retain community verification records (wallet address and linked platform identifiers) for as long as reasonably necessary to administer community features and reward eligibility, or until you disconnect the platform account, whichever is earlier, subject to fraud-prevention and legal retention needs.

Error and security logs may be retained for up to one year. A record may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to investigate an active incident, enforce the Terms, resolve a dispute, comply with law, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete or anonymize it where practical, subject to technical and legal limitations, backups, and public blockchain immutability.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your license by emailing thegoldstandardgrp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, license ownership, email access, or transaction before acting on a request.

Because your email, license record, and hashed device identifiers are necessary to operate an active license, a request for full account deletion will terminate the license. After termination, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information where practical, except for information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, tax, transaction-reconciliation, or dispute purposes.

We may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including rights to obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, one-way hashing of device identifiers, limited data collection, logging controls, backups, and fraud monitoring.

No storage, transmission, wallet, software, or security system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, email account, license key, wallet, seed phrase, private keys, and authentication credentials.

CRATE RAT may be offered outside the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or another country where Company or its service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.

Where required, Company will use an appropriate legal mechanism for an international transfer and provide applicable regional rights. International availability may be limited when Company cannot reasonably satisfy a jurisdiction's legal or operational requirements.

CRATE RAT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact thegoldstandardgrp@gmail.com so we can investigate and delete it where required.

The Terms may impose a higher minimum age for purchasing or independently accepting the license agreement.

CRATE RAT may connect to user-selected media sources, Company services, application-update servers, and approved hosts for yt-dlp, FFmpeg, FFprobe, or other components. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information independently processed by a third party. Review the privacy terms of a media source, wallet, RPC provider, network, or update host before using it.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in CRATE RAT, licensing, payment methods, token utility, service providers, law, or security practices. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the website, Software, checkout flow, or license email.

We will seek consent before materially changing how we use previously collected information when applicable law requires consent.
